These CDs are brand new.
There is nothing wrong with them and they are not used.
We used the wrong CD collection or the wrong name for
an order and we now we are selling them for $10, half
the normal price. You benefit from our mistakes. We will
still do the label with your three-line personal greeting
and we will still spell the name the way you specify.
We cannot guarantee that any specific name will stay
on this list. Once the name is sold from the "Oops" list,
that name will only be available for the regular $20
price and must be ordered from the regular list. The
names in the "Oops" list are in categories
according to the four collections we offer; Christian,
Christmas, Lullaby and Playtime. A particular name
is usually available in only one of the four collections.
They are almost always one of a kind. The "Oops" list
is updated as those CD's are sold or as we make mistakes.
If you type in a name that is not on the "Oops" list,
the order will appear to go through the shopping cart
but we will not fill it and you will not be charged.
We fill all orders according to the time they are received
in our office and will contact you if a name you selected
was sold before we received your order.
